Salary: £35,000 per year (Full time 40 hours per week)
Location: Altrincham

About the Role:

• Well-organised and capable of leading a team, person-centered and have experience working with individuals exhibiting challenging behaviors in service provision.
  
• Have supported individuals with enhanced needs.

• Able to collaborate effectively within a team and assist parents and other professionals in their engagement.

• Has a very hands-on approach to work.

• Flexible with hours to accommodate service requirements, committing to 40 hours per week.

• Hold at least an NVQ Level 3 qualification.

• A driver is preferred, as you will have access to the vehicle of the person you will be supporting at all times.

You will be supporting a young male, to develop his skills, make choices, and have a strong voice in decisions about his life, routines, and activities.
